• Once you complete your service project for graduation, you need to turn in the Community Service Form. Forms can also be found outside the counseling offices.
• Please return the signed forms to Ms. Coe in room 2007. Forms can also be emailed to jcoe@vashonsd.org or mailed to VHS, Attn: Jenn Coe, 9600 SW 204th, Vashon WA 98070.

Please note: Activities that do not qualify as community service include:

• working for money or gifts
• court- or school-ordered punishments
• ASB or club-required activities
• babysitting
• service work for which you receive a grade or extra credit

IMPORTANT: A relative cannot serve as your service project supervisor.
